Evolution Physical Therapy will be hosting Parent Run Club on Sunday, August 25th at 8:30am.

Schedule:

8:30 am Drop Off Kids

8:45 am Run Starts

9:45 am Run Ends + Pick Up Kids

We are a fun and social club. All paces are welcome and we will stop at trail junctions to make sure everyone is on the route.

Pace Groups :

• 9:00 to 10:30 and 10:30 to 13:30+

• Baby + Me Hike Group for new parents and expecting moms!

We run on the trails so paces will vary and at times we will walk if the terrain is steep.

Childcare:

• Cost is $20 per kid and additional kids are $15

• Sign up is required for childcare
